My experience of contacting Sky TV. This is my Facebook message to them
Yes! But when you combine a call centre in India / poor English with a slightly broken iPhone which doesn’t go loud anymore, I’m not really sure what the hell happened during that conversation.
Why when I push the ‘are you thinking of leaving sky’ button do I get instantly connected to some bloke called Dave, who will give me the most expensive Sky Package free for 6 months (you LOSING MONEY), but when I’m trying to give you some money, it takes half an hour to get through and end I speaking to Rajesh, whose sold me something, but I’m not quite sure what due to a really poor line and Rajesh needing a few more ESOL classes (yes I admit, my mobile only multiplied this!).
Surely Sky wants my money?
I’ve sent a letter of complaint.
Do want to know what my package actually is, cost and whether Internet has returned to what I originally requested.
Thanks Mark... do you know Dave? 😉 joke.
* this message and it’s contents contain disproportionate amounts of sarcasm, but endeavours to bring a little humour to you day

Funnily enough, no reply.
Moral of the story is, if you need to contact Sky, pushing the ‘Are you thinking of leaving Sky’ option
